Transformative Yoga Classes
We offer Universal Yoga classes in an exclusive setting surrounded by forests and tranquility in the heart of West-Haven Sylvan neighborhood behind St. Vincent Hospital.
Universal Yoga Classes can be of various categories and sub-styles: Mandala Vyanayama on a cross-mat, Asana as Mudra, Shiva Nata, Static and Dynamic Strengthening & Stretching, Internal Practices of Kundalini or Tantrik Meditation are a few of these incredibly impactful and transformative practices that exercise all 8 Limbs of Yoga. In each class, towards the end, you will get an experience of the intrinsic peace within, if not get a glimpse of Samadhi.
Each Sunday, you get a chance to experience the profundity of Tibetan Buddhism and Tantrik Shaivism in action: the modern culmination of which is UNIVERSAL YOGA. As a result, the classes are long: roughly two-and-half hours, but a small investment of time to experience the promise and authentic meaning of Yoga - unavailable in most fitness-yoga classes - a Union of your mind with your true Self.
